Not smart to figure some of the message , when they appear on window.

Real piece of junk. Salesman talked me into buying the ink jet printer even though I told him I was interested in a laser. Seemed to me he was most interested in getting me to sign up for the ink purchase agreement. Anyway......got the printer home and tried for over an hour to set it up. I followed the instructions to the letter and it kept telling me that there was a paper jam, even though I was not able to get it to run even one copy. Finally gave up and took it back for a full refund.(Noticed I got shorted about $3.00 on the refund) Ordered a Canon laser printer from Amazon. Had it the next day. Took about 10 minutes to set it up and didn't have to sign up for an ink cartridge purchase agreement. Not a good experience with the product or with Best Buy, Sorry

this prints fine but is very slow making copies which we do alot

I own 2 state of the ART computers, one is an ASUS gaming laptop, and the other is an Alienware. Both computers have the best components, RAM, and CPU and latest operating system. I owned a software company, and provided thousands of hours of tech support. I've had this printer for about 1 month. To date, I've only been able to get it hooked up to the laptop, I still cannot print from my latest computer the Alienware. The laptop will only print in black and white. I've spent hours trying to configure and get this printer working, all to no avail. Most likely I'll take it back this week, I cannot invest any more time with it. I will be hard pressed to buy another HP product, pure junk in my humble opinon. It will make you feel like a moron trying to connect it.

Average 3 in 1 printer. Bulky though. Almost too big for home use.

first a gazillion times re-entering wifi code; then won't print; then won't scan (even Geek Squad didn't conquer its probs. Now it will scan and print (don't ask me why) but it's always printing at the slightest movement in the room.

My old Hp would scan directly to my email in one easy step. I spent hours on-line with the geek squad trying to set this one up. It doesn't scan to email. I called Hp support. They didn't know if it would and couldn't recommend a Hp printer that would. I returned it!

Good printer, regular color , slow print. right price

Price was fair, easy to install. Works as advertised

It's a bit slower than my old printer and a bit noisier.

This printer seems to be good for home use but VERY slow!

It prints. It faxes. It copies. Ink is too costly.

I bought one didn't work. Took it back and guess what does not work. First one was missing the rollers on the inside that loads the paper. Second one just won't stop giving an error message of a paper jam. I got online from the manufacturers website to get help. First thing off the bat they tell you don't give your credit card information. This is in a chat session. The gentleman who I chatted with didn't even go through any steps and almost immediately asked me for credit card info to put down a $1 deposit and he said it would be refunded once he received the printer. NO NO No. Steer clear of all HP products. Sub quality. Worst thing is. I have to take more time to take this junk back to the store. Frustrating!!!

Ok double print doesn't work and slow in printing papers

Easy set up and the touch screen makes it much easier to scroll through then menus needed. Only drawback is when the WiFi cuts in and out making hard t have a steady connection. Sometimes it takes minutes trying to figure it out, sometimes it's automatic...hit or miss.

Touch screen could be a better quality for the price.

Thank god I have geek squad I also bought a Lenovo computer which I'm very happy about and should have contacted the company of which printers to use. I'm not very happy with H/P with all there reset and updates to reset connection with my computer

Not aware that you can't print directly from gmail

Haven't been able get printer or fax features to work
