I had pages where the words didn't print. Brand new ink cartridges and I am not very happy about that. I have never bought a printer and that happen!

Also I have had it for around a month now and printed maybe 25 or 30 color pictures and already went through 3 color cartridges.

I was not totally happy as it was noisy and slower than my previous printer. I returned it and bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 which is much better.

It worked for a day, then the programming went into a loop and would only register 'fax' options. I dumped the program and re-installed it three times, to no avail. I went back to Best Buy and bought a Canon. It works GREAT. I had already thrown away the HP box and probably the paperwork, thinking: all printers work fine. Right? Wrong. I'm stuck with it.. Anyone want a good-looking, but non-working, printer/fax/copier/scanner for free? I have always trusted HP. Now, not so much.

I was able to print 3 color and 1 black; all of them have black streaks or vertical line in the middle of the printed materials. I have no option but to return this printer and bought an Epson Printer with less cost and it's been a month now I have no problem. Thanks to Bestbuy customer service for allowing to return with no hassle the HP Printer.

Horrible wifi setup

All the great features are completely useless if you can't get connected. It shouldn't be that complicated, only got it connect once before it dropped, also was not able to install the software on to my computer, including going to the HP support site. Returned this and bought a brother printer which took less than 5 mins to connect to my home network and hasn't dropped since.
