I technical cannot review these products because they were given as gifts. I bought it to go along for the computer that I bought.

I've been disappointed with the performance - I've had to download the software 2 times now. hate hassling with technology - just work!

I have an acer chromebook and days after trying to link the printer and laptop, I gave up. It now sits on my desk gathering dust

New printer software didn't work. Took 4 hours with tech support in Philippines to get updated. Never buy an hp printer again.

The black ink starter cartridge would not seat in the carousel, had to returm the printer and get a replacement printer.

Except the power cord. I called the store and the young lady told me that it should've come with a cord and then tells me that they have cords for it as low as $7.99. Took the printer to the store and the young lady at the return desk tried to sell me a cord. Why are they trying to sell me a cord when the box says "everything you need included"??? I returned it!!!

This printer has good functionalities but. similar to other HP printers the ink cartridges are expansive.

Has a tendency to go offline at unexpected and (usually) unattended times. Hard to get back online.

Bought this printer based on price. But have struggled to connect my laptop and other devices. UGH!

I don't like that I can't load a lot of paper in the tray. Takes awhile to print out just 1 paper.

I used to be a fan of HP printers but lately their builds aren't quite up to snuff. I bought this as a last minute replacement for another hp printer that I had with less than 30 hours of use on it that became stuck on a command loop. I wasn't able to network or print with a USB cable out of the box. I returned it and bought an Epson instead.

It is ok takes a tech engineer to get it working correctly. Ink is expensive as most HP are.

Difficult to get set up. Instructions that came with product do not deserve the name. Used most of the starter ink packs just trying to get it to work. Every time printer was shut off it had to be realigned, which meant printing two pages - waste of ink and paper. No plans to purchase another HP product or shop at Best Buy again.

I like HP but this one is not up to par and I don’t recommend it

Difficult to navigate. Small numbers. Confusing controls. Not what I expected.

Not Good!I have only been able to print a few things. It's difficult to hook up it's impossible to hook up to my phone I have spent numerous hours trying to figure out how to link it up to my computer I actually just don't even use it anymore because it's a pain in the butt I wish I could return it it was a waste of money

This printer continually harasses you about a software firmware update. The last update I did caused the printer to be inoperable. Very little help online to repair it. It now does not recognize the print cartridges and cannot undo the update. The printer is now useless. Don't recommend Epson at all.

I was very disappointed in this printer. Had to have Geek squad come and see why I couldn't get it to work. Found out the printer was defective. Cost me $90.00 for the Geek squad to find it out. Thought I would get my Geek squad money back but that didn't happen. Took it back and exchanged it for an Epson.

Came w purchase for a cheap price so didn't research.... functional but way too big and awkward. The front has an arm that snaps out like a switchblade when it prints...then is manually pushed back. Think twice. Office printers are smaller.
