Numerous times it would not print properly no matter what setting(s) I used. It kept losing its wireless connection, too. I finally gave it away to someone that is using it as a back-up printer.

I have to turn machine off and on again for Wi-Fi printing and the only way that I can receive a fax is if I am sitting next to the machine to hit accept. I even returned it to the store for a replacement of an identical unit. Same results. I returned it for a different model and had no trouble with the Officejet Pro 8610.

Every print job gets jammed and I have to open it up sometimes multiple times per job to get paper out. At least it is easy to fix the paper jams but super annoying.
