Excellent copier for creating photo albums

Multiple languages supported for the touchscreen menu, save a lot of time for me to explain for the boss how to use the machine. Good!!

Never had any hardware or software issues until the purchase of this printer. It says it is compatible with Windows 10 on the box, but I had to download special drivers outside of HP to get it to work. Connection to Wi-Fi network takes between 5 to 10 minutes from shutoff position. Sometimes there is 1 to 3 minute delay on printing single pages of text. I did not notice a change in print time when I used the wired connection to my computer. Cheaply made plastic shell really indents when picked up and moved- afraid of its structural integrity. For next purchase of printer will probably look at different brands.

The only drawback so far is that the tray that holds the blank paper is located in a hard to reach place on the front of the printer and is hard to take out and load new paper.

Although the ink for this printer costs a lot, this printer prints fast black n white Nd color coppies. Almost as fast as laser printer. Recommended to my friends too. May be they’ll buy it also.

Using the HP All in one remote app makes printing from a phone or iPad a breeze. The top feed tray is very convenient for scans and copying. Would definitely recommend this printer.
