Wrong batter in the package. Can't use it.

I can't return it or exchange it. Lost $29.99 + tax. Can you help me? Pixtor 16GB 2 ea, haven't use it yet. PNY 16GB purchased 2 ea. One of them is defective item. The other is good.

Perfect for me

Do not use a copier very much at home so did not want to spend a lot of money to purchase one. This was perfect. Easy to Bluetooth to print from my smart phone.

It does create issues with the Macbook at times; however, that is more because of the Macbook and less because of the printer itself.

The printer was easy to set up and is working fine. I went ahead to get a 5 year warranty as typically issues comes up after several years.

Glad to see HP went to an all in one cartridge. This printer was bought as a gift. When my current printer breaks down I'll be looking in HP for my own

The only issue i do find with it is, you have to switch from regular wifi to the the printer;s wifi to print things.

It was easy to set up, worked right away, and is not too complicated for the family member to use. HP is great!
