Good Unit a little slow for quantity printing

Great for a non-techie!

It runs quietly and efficiently, from my computer or from my phone. It works across the room without cables. I can make PDF's and send them to my computer. It is intuitive and anticipates what I am trying to do. Has an easy to read dashboard; easy load cartridges and paper trays. Smaller than my last printer so takes up less space.

Terrible Printer

Nfc did not work, unimpressive features, print quality not anything to write home about, can't fax/copy double sided sheets, and worst of all, it wouldn't connect to my computer. I tried to work with HP customer service, but they won't let you call them. I called their customer support and I got a machine go go on their website and fill our all these forms. I filled them out and HP website would crash every time. I returned it for an Epson workforce 3640. Can I say do yourself a favor and buy the Epson. My last HP product.
