I enjoy not having to be connected by cords to print.

Good printer that is being used in rental property.

Print quality is great! Most functions very user friendly. Only issues are: sometimes printer does not pick up wireless signal to print; also, constantly relays message that printer is out of paper, when it's full. Not a horrible thing, but sometimes I do forget how much is actually in there.

I bought the Hp - Officejet 5740 for my grand kids; one is in middle school and the other in high school. They love their new printer; it has met all of our expectations. I did struggle a bit during the initial printer set up. However, once we got through that the printer worked flawlessly.

The directions are mainly for photograph printing, not regular copying.

Have had more than 10 printers from HP, this one is less than the best

Very satisfied with the printer. I was frustrated when I had to replace the black ink. I kept getting an error. Finally called HP and they sent me a new black cartridge. Apparently the cartridge I purchased was defective. I am curious to see what happens when I need to replace it again.

This printer is functional but you have to take out the paper tray to load a check. I do like that there is only one color cartridge instead of 3

I really like this printer...but I learned soon enough that if I had what I wanted emailed or created in FedEx, my copies were SOOO cheaper...really need a laser that just shoots out black and whites...MUCH cheaper to have a company like FedEx Office make you color copies!

This was bought for mainly school work and the ocasional copies made. While this is not the highest end printer available, it more than suits our needs. The only downside is the speed of pages printed per minute. But for what we use it for its worth it.

Great quality but not totally easy to set up on all devices.

I hope this one doesn't have that automatic problems built in

Needed to replace a 5-6 year old printer so I checked out this HP model. Was pleased with its stated features, especially remote printing. It has performed flawlessly during use so far. Just wish it had individual color ink cartridges instead of the combined one.

Still haven't figured out how to get it to receive faxes.

This is my first printer. It would have been much easier to set up if I had a newer laptop. Unfortunately my current one is 2008. That being said, HP customer support was able to assist me with installation of basic program until I purchase a new computer.

Printer is good for the price. I don't spend a lot on printers because they seem to not last long.. I don't print often, but when I do, it has always worked well and scanned well too.

It jams when feeding forms to copy at times it does

Bought the printer and set it up. Relatively simple, but kept giving me paper jam error that wouldn't clear even without any paper in it. Followed instructions and also went online to try to get it to clear and could not get it done. Very frustrating for a new printer to not work properly out of the box.
