Has to be powered off once a week due too an error

Sales people were helpful. But it was hard to set up

the Apple Watch is not what it's cracked up to be.

This printer is very easy to set up and operate, directions very clear. We bought it for the AirPrint function and that works effortlessly too. Copies are good, haven't printed any pictures yet... Great printer for the price point!

2 MONTHS IN AND IM HAVING A NUMBER OF ISSUES. CONSTANT ERROR MESSAGES WITH INK CARTRIDGES, WILL NO LONGER PRINT, OR SAVE SCANNED DOCUMENTS TO COMPUTER. OUT OF 30 DAY WARRANTY FROM BEST BUY AND GETTING AHOLD OF HP IS A HASSLE. HORRIBLE PRODUCT TO STOP WORKING AFTER 8 WEEKS.

Does everything I need it to do and no hiccups. Touch screen controls are a nice upgrade from our last all in one.

Actually purchased for my 88 year old dad and everything is just fine with no extra phone calls from him. He just has a problem reading the screen, I guess my blind spot invention attached to the screen works fine for him.

I spent the time and money to have the printer installed by Geek Squad. Despite this the printer does not recognize the computer that its attached to. Wasted way too much time on the phone with GS trying to resolve the problem. Too bad, printer seems like a nice piece of equipment.

I am very pleased with my HP printer...features are outstanding. Of course HP printers are always rated high, but I feel for the money that this particular printer equals those that are in a much higher price range.

Works great. Although the fax part should be easier. Instead of having to hook up to the phone line you should be able to use the Efax like my old one. Efax is soooooo much easier to use, that's why I give it 4 instead of 5 stars.

I really like this printer, however I don't like the fact that it doesn't copy both sides of the printer. I have to do each side separably. Also you have to watch out the colored cartridge if you print a lot of colored pictures.

It sounds cheap when printing, I've had to call for help twice and have had it for just a few weeks. It stalls and freezes. Might return it.

Old printer would not work after had to get new modem. Could not get it to connect. Suggested we buy new printer. Hooked up started printing within minutes. Looks great, prints great and a "GREAT PRICE!"

We bought an Insignia 19" tv for our office. Plugged it in perfect picture and sound quality. We will be buying another for the bedroom in our fifth wheel. The price is right. And the performance is perfect.

This is a great printer and is a lot better than my Cannon Pixma that I replaced it with. The only thing that it is noisy when printing.

The HP printer has done an excellent job providing quick & reliable printing. The set up did require several attempts. This is my fourth HP printer & they continue to produce an outstanding product.

I really think that the printer has gotten the detailed and complicated, for example: use only new HP cartridges and paper size and thickness. So far it prints well.

It was on sale and I have had a similar model that gave good. Service. This time I bought the protection plan too. Has been working as I like it - simple and efficient for home office use

My old hp printer finally saw its final days and broke on my at the end of last semester. I needed a new one asap as the new semester began.... So glad I picked this one it's been great so far !

I had my last hp printer a long time and was pleased with it's features and performance. I like the smaller size of my new hp and so far feel it was a good choice.
