    Our HP310 died. Much happier with this printer. Not nearly as much of an ink hog.

    I had an HP printer before, and it had constant issues, but it wasn't new. I thought getting a new HP would alleviate some of the issues. It is a problem already. It says the ink is counterfeit, defective and it won't work. It was brand new ink. I can't fix the printer, and I totally regret ever buying an HP product. I want my money back.

    I first black HP Instant Ink cartridge did not work. That was a disappointment. I didn't see that coming but if you are using re-cycled cartridges special effort should be made to make sure they work before shipping. That made me start thinking I made a mistake. My old Dell All-in- One lasted 7 years and I never had a problem.
