More than half the time it won't print. Have to repeat the command many times to make it work. Regret that I bought it.

564 cartridge lasted 16 pages. Very disappointed that in less than 5 minutes I was out of ink.

The printer is slow and the scanner does not work properly. I have tried scanning a several page packet three different times and the scanner seems to get overwhelmed. It scans a few pages and then shows an error message.

I needed to print a lot for a party for a family member. My old HP wouldn't print and I was in a hurry. I got this printer after some help from the Best Buy staff. I enrolled in the $9.99 printing offer. However, I am having a difficult time printing. I have to restart my computer and the print in order to get it to "connect." I've tried even using an USB cord, but even that doesn't help. The odd thing is that sometimes it works fine, hence the 2.

The printer has been okay for regular printing. I have found it is not adequate for printing cards. The ink smears when printing. The recommendation is based on regular usage.

Printer works fine. Can't seem to get the fax/scanner to work, even though everything is hooked up correctly. Buying new cords to see if that will work.

I will start by saying that I am not any kind of electronic expert. I kept my old printer until it literally fell apart. I dreaded attempting to hook this one up. What a pleasant surprise! I had no problem - the HP hookup website walked me through it. I have used the fax and scanner, and both are working correctly. The machine is much smaller than my old one, fits perfectly. The whole house can print from our i phones. I have not printed any photos yet, so I cannot give any opinion on photo quality. I did order replacement ink from Best Buy, as they were having a great sale on the cartridges needed for this printer. I would definitely recommend!

While this printer is a bit pricier than others, it does have many more functions and is more dependable than printers I've owned in the past.

When you get it to work it works well. Even following all directions for downloading installation, it still has issues when trying to print.

The printer is slow and uses ink too quickly. Ink is very expensive ( even using the HP website ) which is cheaper then Buest Buy Prices

I had to exchange the first one and have had repeated problems since.

The printer worked well in beginning but started to not respond to command of printing I had to re apply the printer to the computer

This machine is just ok. After sitting idle for 2 weeks, it needs to be powered down (rebooted) to work. Print quality is ok.

Works fine but seems like it's always out of ink no matter how infrequently we use it.

Good printer, only negative is it jams up a lot. Need to shut down and restart to get it back to printing normally.

Little difficult to set up wifi compared to my previous Canon. I will probably not by HP after this unit.

Easy set up. Photo quality is not great but it is an all in one printer. For printing and copying it is fine.

This was a great printer while it lasted. Had to exchange. Best Buy was great!

THIS PARTICULAR PRINTER HAS NOT BEEN WHAT I HAD EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE, IT CONSTANTLY JAMS IN THE ADF

I am enjoying using this printer and am starting to learn how to effectively learn all of its features.
