I took it out of the box and it would not even turn on. I called HP and they had me hold the power button for 60 seconds which did nothing. They then offered to send me a new one. I declined and took the printer back. Likely just luck of the draw, but definitely not the quality I know from HP printers.

My 3 year old HP "All-in-one" printer stopped working. The OJ 5740 appeared to be its current equivalent. Set-up was incredibly easy, they have figured out the WiFi interface. iPhone, iPad, laptop & desktop all print to it with very easy set-up (HP app from App store for Apple devices). So far, no issues & excellent printer, scanning and copying capability

after trying 2 of this printer i have had the same issue - printing skips and does not print out each row consistently. I am returning this weekend and asking to trade for another model

This all in one printer/fax/copier/scanner is a must buy. Make sure you get a good sales representative because on our first purchase of 1,811.32 we had a horrible sales representative. He did not put us in the computer nor did he offer us Best Buy rewards or Geek Squad protection plans and now we are having minor tweaks with our items and have yet to receive my rewards points with multiple tries. About this printer, it is awesome! I would recommend a laser for business use but for home use it is perfect. It's wireless so my computer, tablet, and phone are all connected wirelessly. It comes with free ink and free photo paper. You have to buy your own printer paper, which is inexpensive. I absolutely love this printer.

Product WILL NOT WORK with a standard Dell PC. Even had both of them in Geek Squad possssion several weeks -- at a charge of $171 -- but it wouldn't work when returned.

I spoke with HP REP, and asked for a printer compatible to what i had, they recommended this printer, no way near what I HAD. THIS IS A SLOW PRINTER..

Was not impressed. Bought it, couldn't connect to wifi. Exchanged the next day for same model and again..... Could t connect to wifi!!!

This replaced an Epson that after a year would just not print wirelessly without unplugging and resetting the printer everytime I wanted to print something. Sorry but thats not gonna fly - I expect my printer to work, even if I don't print on a regular basis. Epson used to be my goto printer maker, but apparently their QC has gone downhill. I had an HP LaserJet years ago and loved it, but it ended up meeting its maker after a good 10 years of use. I replaced it with a Dell laser that after 5+ yrs is still going strong, but I needed an InkJet for pictures and as an every day user. This unit after a week shows alot of promise. It is so much more than the Epson it replaces, although I don't know why they put fax use in these anymore...thats so yesterday. But its nice to have a printer that works and has extra features. Print jobs aren't bad either

Bought this for my son's Mac Mini. He was amazed by the ease of setup. He has already figured how to print wirelessly from his iPhone. Excellent print quality at a modest price.

This printer has not been reliable. The ink doesn’t last long and it won’t print sometimes

This Printer continues to freeze on me. It was a cheap printer and I got what I paid for. Very frustrating!

wouldn't print 4x6 pictures i did the following things to fix and each failed to print.

The touch screen would not come on. Returned the printer.

The setup was a little tricky but once it was, I really liked what I saw. The printer is quiet, and prints out documents with good quality. If you plan on printing resumes, a laser printer is still the best way to go. HP offers an ink cartridge program that significantly reduced cost and is based on how many pages you print. The printer automatically knows when you need more ink, pings HP and ships your ink and a return bag for your old cartridges. I've had this printer for a month and happy with it for the light use we get out of it.

Should consult with Microsoft first if you have a surface.

Don't sell this product to anyone! Only prints sometimes.

What an upgrade from my Brother all in one! This printer is way faster, it has better color accuracy and very easy to use! Love it!

I love, love, love this printer! It has great features and works beautifully for the price! I trust the HP brand and am satisfied with the cost of ink. I use my printer a lot as I am a tutor and download lots of material and teaching ideas for my students. Before I purchase a printer, I always check on the cost of replacement ink cartridges, as you may buy a cheap printer, only to discover the ink will send you to the poor house. This printer is a good value moving forward as well as initially.

After having several printers that had "wires" I am finally free of wires! This printer works over the Internet for printing and over my home WIFI network for scanning and printing. It works very well and the only issue has been due to poor quality paper I have tried to use. Once I changed to good paper the printer worked like it should. I am very satisfied with the quality and features.

Easy to set up. Printing from my phone is easy. Printer is a little noisey when printing documents. Color printing is great.
