This printer is awesome!!! Easy to set up, very user friendly. With the wi-fi I can print from anywhere in the house.

When I dropped off daughter at College Station needed to get a nice printer for her. I found this one was impressed and it has been working for her since with no complaints. She has been using it since August and she just finished the first cartridge which was the shipping cartridge. So it has been working great.

This is an awesome printer. Has alot of features and for all its got,, it was plug and play. The mobile app was easy to set up. I can print everything from all my devices,, from anywhere. I wish I would have picked this up sooner.

This printer replaced a 4-year old HP printer that stopped printing. I am very happy with this printer. It prints quickly and reliably. Hooking it up to my home wireless network was easy. Now I can print over the wireless network with my PCs, iPads, iPhones, and the eprint functionality provided by HP. The printer is a good value for the home.

awesome wireless printer..when i first opened the box i said this is going to difficult to setup ..went to you tube and saw a simple video that made the printer setup very easy ...printer is excellent and would recommend to anyone!! love wireless...always considered HP printers first!..also instant ink available on this printer another HP BONUS

This printer is awesome. I easily set it up so I can scan to my new HP computer while working at home. Strongly recommend!

Read instructions first. Plugged it in. Followed instructions and worked first time. Easy setup. I have only had it 2 weeks now but works like a champ. I have scanned, copied and printed with no problems. I haven't had a chance to fax yet but also don't expect to do that much of it anyway. Print is clean and sharp.

This is the best printer I've ever bought for my home office. It does color copy, scanning, and has the ability to fax. One thing I appreciate is the ink refills or a manageable price. I've had printers where it was cheaper to re-buy the printer vs. buy refiles.

Love this printer. It is the 1st 4 in 1 printer I have ever had. Faxes go thru 1t time every time. Great print quality. Price was exceptional for what you get. Wouldn't buy anything but HP products after using this printer!

I was skeptical that this would hold up after having many printers break. It's been over 6 months and still works like new. Decent price for all the features and easy to set up.

I have used HP for many many years, always my go to for printers and laptops. I purchased the 5740 and had issues making copies. I would have to unplug the printer in-between copies if I didn't copy within 30 minutes or so. I took it back after two weeks of this, figured I just got a bad printer so I exchanged it for same model. Well after a week of running smoothly it was doing it again. Now I'm not sure I want to trust the HP again. I'm definitely upgrading to a different model if not a different brand. Very disappointed.

Most of these reviews have to be fake or were written by the Best Buy staff because this printer has received raved reviews, but it in fact, is not that great. And considering the fact that Best Buy displays the ratings on their price tags, it would make sense that they would have to inflate the rating to get customers to purchase the product. Returning to the printer, it is okay. Scanning is unbelievable slow and you have to flip the page over yourself if you want to scan duplex using the feeder. At least the quality of the scan is good.

nothing to do with Bes tbuy but getting in touch with HP is far from easy. but once i got one rep they were very helpful and patient . I like the printer i been looking for awhile this is a birthday present

I recommend this printer. I haven't had an issue with it. It's easy to set up and the colors look good.

HP has a winner here. Best feature? HP Instant Ink. Our family's third Officejet 5740. I have one. My brother has one and is happy with it. This latest purchase was for my son.
