Fast for a home printer

The print on the paper is sharp and clear. I like the fact that the ink cartridges can be purchased with an XL capacity so the cartridge doesn't have to changed as often. Haven't used all the features yet, but so far, I'm very pleased.

Great printer for active user to expert.

My only problem was user set up, I hooked up the cable incorrectly. Once that was corrected , I had no other problems. Love this printer, would recommend highly to anyone looking for a home printer!!

Solid Performance - Difficult set up

For the good part, once it was set up, the scan quality is good, print quality good, speed good, and I like the the document feeder. However, set up was a challenge and the HP 'help' was not helpful. It appears the issue is the desire of HP to have it work through the web/cloud and all I wanted was it to work on my home network as a wireless printer. I was about ready to return it when one of my IT guys at work had the answer. My recommendation is that unless you are an IT person or you know one, you might want to try something else.

I was sold a Kodak and I bought it (because the ink prices were lower). I fought that printer relentlessly, hook up, Wi-Fi, just a headache from the start. Glad to be back home again. HP is for me!!!!

easy setup and worked like a charm out of the box

I actually have it set up in my kitchen as I have been using my surface pro 3 to do most of my day to day businesses computing. I was able to easily set it up as a wireless network device and print right from my surface. Works great. Now if I could only get it to do the dishes.....
