I personally am a big fan of HP printers. The 5740 was less printer than the OfficeJet Pro that I used to have from last year. However, I realized after using this 5740, I don't need "all that printer." This one is smaller, more compact, and gets the job done just as well. Two-sided printing, scanning, paper feed tray, and LESS MONEY. Plus, its sleek and hides away as it's not huge. If you're not printing a lot and don't need to hold a lot more paper, this is definitely the way to go. Save your money with this instead of the larger OfficeJet Pro.

Best Buy is my go to store for tech equip. Sales person was knowledgeable and suggested this printer because of the amount and type of printing I do. I have been very happy with the HP All In One

Some confusion of controls on the unit itself, so far it has great color and I am pretty picky about this. My main reason for my purchase was that it uses a cheaper ink than my Hp 2610 model. It does get alittle confusing some times on controls on the unit itself.

Great for what we have been using for school projects. Color and double sided printing features are good quality. Copy feature is excellent. We have not used scan of fax features at time of review. But i'm sure those feature will work just as well based on current use.

The HP Officejet 5740 Wireless "All-In-One" printer is a great printer. It replaced a HP Officejet 5780 "All-In-One" printer. The 5780 was excellent, but the only reason why we replaced it was that we wanted a wireless. The 5740 was a great choice.

Loads of features, quick printing and great value for the price. Only complaints the printer catch tray does not go back in when you shut off. You must manually push in and the printer is a little noisy when you turn it off and on. However, still great HP quality.

We think this is a great printer. I was told it would be slow, but I haven't found that. I also liked that it only requires a color and a black toner cartridge, not separate color cartridges.

we were looking for a wifi printer for two main reasons. Had our first grandchild on the way and wanted to be able to print pictures. Second, my daughter just started college and needed for printing papers. It has served in both cases excellently.

So happy with my purchase and even happier with the hp ink subscription! So worth it for school! And I have been printing pictures aswell... Great quality! Couldnt be happier Im not scared to run out of ink and spend 80 dollars on ink anymore

I had a HP 4 in 1 for many, many years and when it came time to upgrade, I figured, why not HP? Not disappointed --- actually shocked at how inexpensive these things are. A hundred bucks? That's a dinner for two at a higher end restaurant....

I have a rosin workforce 500 printer before and this printer really saved my family lots of money on ink. This printer prints good colored pages and had all the features I need.

Bought this printer so I could join the HP Instant Ink program and the printer is fantastic! It prints quickly and everything looks great. I love the fact that the paper is kept inside a tray and cannot be sabotaged by my cats or kids.

Overall it is a good printer. My one main complaint is after printing using wireless (which works like a champ), it seems to lock up just making a copy . I have to restart it so I can make a page copy. I have not researched solutions for that issue yet.

The paper doesn't jam in this printer like my previous one and the ink is significantly cheaper. I also loved the sale promotion which allowed me to get the printer for half price and ink at a discount when I bought it with the printer.

The item was delivered in less than 5 days. It took less than 10 minutes to unpack, and only another 20 to install into my wireless network (including 3 other wireless laptops). Color copies are sharp and double-sided printing dries quickly. No complaints.

I love being able to print wirelessly! This printer is simple to set up and requires no knowledge of networking. Simply plug it in and it walks you through the setup process.

I would have given it 5 stars but you have to change to many settings to change from regular paper to 4x6 photo tray and back again. other than that every thing work great wireless printing is fast with only 5 to 10 second delay. well worth the money.

Have used HP printers for the last 20 years and they have all worked great. This is no exception. It reacts quickly when I print anything. The HP Instant Ink service is a no brainer. It saves me all kinds of money thru the year.

This printer is faster and quiter than my last printer. It has more functions and is much easier to use. I'm glad we went to Best Buy.

Compact enough to fit in a dorm. Fast enough printing to make it useful. Also print photos (on specialty paper). Will allow my college daughter to print when necessary without leaving room.
