My son just hooked up this new printer and printed some school papers. Excellent quality. We have had good experiences with prior HP printers, and this one - so far - seems like it will add to our appreciation of HP in this area.

The wireless aspect of this printer. The first thing I printed used almost all of the black ink. .I called and discovered some items do not like to print properly from Chrome. It has worked great, and I would highly recommend it, love the features.

Prints clearly and quickly , and worked well from the start. The big plus is that the ink that comes with this printer is still full and we have had the printer for four weeks!

Good printer for the price. Photo paper tray not real user friendly. I joined the printer cartridge auto refill so will be interesting to see how well it works when I need a new cartridge.

Bought a new computer, and the old printer would no longer work. This printer uses far less ink, and the print quality is outstanding. Love the wireless print function.

The printer works great and is easy to use. It does nice pictures also. Did have to get a little help to get it to print from the computer by loading the disk that came with it. No problem printing from my I phone and I pad.

I initially purchased this printer for my mother and i liked the printer so much i went back any bought one for myself. The price of the printer was even better with price match and you also can purchase monthly membership ink replacement.

Replaced an old HP printer with this new model. Has worked very successfully for us; and with the InstantInk package believe this will be with us for years to come

I am in love with my new printer .. It sets itself up .. All I had to do was plug it in and press power.. It is really cool. I never thought it would be so easy to use. Thanks to best buy.. I will be back for more electronics

This is exactly what I was looking for. The perfect replacement for the HP 7410 which is actually too much machine now. This has all of the same functionality in a more compact design and effective output. Very pleased.

Very easy to set up especially for someone who is not tech savvy. I really like the feed tray feature and the double sided copy is very easy to use. The prompts and messages are also very helpful. I love this printer.

This printer had an easy wireless setup and prints with all our e-devices. The ink cartridges may need to be replaced often, we will have to wait and see on that. Prints, copeis, scans and faxes and so much more. YEH HP!!

have purchased many printers, this one is the easyest to operate, not alot of buttons, setup very easy and i like the paper holder for what your printing pops out when you start printing, so paper alway stay on computer and not on the floor

I have always bought HP printers but had printhead issues on my last one, I took it back to Best Buy and they allowed me to get the HP 5740. It's a nice printer and does what I need it to do. I still stand behind the HP printers.

never had a printer before. when i went to best buy the printer i wanted was not in stock. the young man that helped me said it was also discontinued. bought the one that was 20.00 more. was worth it. good printer.

This machine only requires two ink cartridges, one black / one covers all the other colors. I wish this would have been available when I bought my last copier. I really like the scan to email. Compact size is nice.

No more sharing a printer off of another computer. Your devices will print directly to this printer wirelessly. Great Product !! Even turns itself on and off.

This is a reliable device that provides good print quality. The low price was a key factor in choosing it. It prints satisfactory photos, even though HP doesn't market it as such. I have no issues with the printer up to this point.

This is a great printer. Easy to set up and love the wireless ability to print from phones/tablets. Had a family member buy the same and they love it as well.
