I had an old HP printer that served me good for quite a while. The representative from HP was in the store and explained about the new printers. Also the ink deal. Also had a trade-in deal with the old printer. Purchased the new printer and very satisfied with it.

I purchased this printer a few days after my previous printer gave out. After reading the reviews on this printer, I purchased it. The wireless setup was a little tricky at first however, after a little patience, I was able to figure it out. Prints on both sides of the paper so you can save some trees. What I love is the HP instant ink. I am a full-time student and I won't be working as much so rather than spend $60 on ink, I can spend $2.99 per month for 50 pages and have ink sent automatically me to once it reaches a certain level. Not only is it convenient, but it is also a money saver.

I had no problems setting the printer up and it's really simple to use all the functions.

Replaced an older model hp. Love the loading tray and speed. Slightly noisy but works well.

Only concern is the ink goes fast. I'm on my fourth set. I expected the initial one to go fast but of course part of the reason I pick certain printers is the price of ink. I'm starting to think the companies catch on to that now and either target that or make it cheaper so you end up buying more and more. But I don't print too much stuff and average passed on past and this maybe had one quarter the life of ink yet it's a lot cheaper so.

Love how we can print wireless now from the laptop and phone. Over a year and still working well.
