Very skeptical at first. This was a easy setup and has been user friendly for a non-tech person like me. Would recommend to anyone.

When it works, it a great all in one printer. But for some reason, it goes off-line and will not print when I haven't used it for a while. This defeats the purpose of wireless printing because I have to go to my office and shut it down and start it up again to get it on-line. Other than that, I like the printer a lot.

This printer does everything you need. Double side scanning from the document feeder is a neat feature. I use this printer for home office use and set on gray scale printing. Works great and get great mileage from the ink.

Easy to install, easy to use. It prints quietly, yet quickly, and provides tons of office grade features into a home sized machine. The network print from anywhere feature is incredibly handy!

Okay the printer is great but the person who helped me was THE BEST. I can't remember her name. She was super helpful, patient and very nice and so not in a hurry!!!! She was the best. Totally makes me re-think best buy!!!!

I don't like that the printer light stays on, even after you shut it. I don't like printers that have trays that close, because pieces can snap when trying to shut them. I prefer the type of tray my original printer has: just a flap, so you can lay paper in and not have to close anything.

My parents need an all in one for the little printing/copying/scanning/faxing that they do. They are limited on space and did not want to spend a lot of money. This printer fits the bill so far though they've only had it for about a month.

This printer is good for a person who needs to fax, scan, copy, print, and print wirelessly from multiple devices. It allows for photo printing and has USB and SD card slots. It has one disadvantage: it takes a while to spool and print due to Antivirus software when connected directly to your desktop.

A lot of nice features especially AirPrint. Very easy to set up. It is slow to print though, especially from iphone or iPad. And several times, it has canceled printing in the middle of a document. I have had to turn printer off to reset.

This printer serves all my needs. Easy to install. Worked properly right away. High quality copies and speed is excellent.

Easy set up. Very quiet. Seems to work well. Sometimes some banding occurs especially on the first page. Joined the ink program. Already got first cartridges. I think it will pay off.

This printer was so easy to set up and I love that I can print from any device that I have. I can print small envelopes without any problem and no smudging on any paper.

What great printer I have purchased. I bring my work home with me to finish the day in a quiet enviroment and the wirless feeature really comes in handy. Printing from multiple devices without the hard connections are great. Reports from my phone and laptop or desktop look great.

This printer is a all in one. I can even print out directly from my cellphone without a problem. It has become a essential tool to run my business.

I like the machine but i can't seem to send an e-mail from another machine to the printer. I sent an complaint to the company, HP, & got no response. Not very good customer service.

This is my 3rd HP printer. It was pretty easy to set up and very easy to use. I like being able to print from other rooms in my house. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this printer to replace one that had failed. It does everything I need it to do. It is definitely lite duty. I use it to print out the occasional document and mostly pictures, of course. For the money you really can't go wrong.

Device performs all required functions admirably for a very reasonable cost. Of course, the hidden cost is in need to buy replacement ink cartridges (rather frequently in my case). I have had trouble connecting the printer via Wi-Fi as I run into port conflicts, but running hardwired is fine.

Very easy to use and great quality for the priceafter the first month in the machine and started to make some noise and I find it difficult sometimes to connect to the Internet

We had originally purchased an Epson printer which we had problems. BB exchanged that printer for another Epson printer which had the same problem. WE then exchanged the second Epson printer for the HP 5740. Best Buy went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.
