I have had absolutely no problems with my printer and the print quality is excellent! The scanning option works great too as well as printing pictures out.

This printer does a great job. It is fast and prints very clear. I would recommend this to anyone wanting an all-in-one printer but not wanting to break the bank.

I am a fan of HP printers -probably my fourth. New office so updated equipment. This one works well, connected easily. Zero problems. It seems to eat ink cartridges - or are they making them smaller? It's going to be expensive per 100 pages -so far great colour photos too

Just bought the printer about 2 months ago. It worked perfect right out of the package. Printers have a tendency to stop working randomly so its hard to review this one after such a short period. The photos look professional on photo paper. The Wi-Fi and smart phone capability is awesome.

only real problem I've had with the printer is scanning. Somewhat erratic. sometimes it will take and scan multiple pages from the feeder, most most of the time will only scan single pages from the glass. Haven't been able to figure out yet what is going on or why. printer works fine

i love the fact that, im able to do everything i want it to do.. i needed it to able to eprint and and able to scan to an email ...and i can do that all without a computer witch is very awesome....i would recomend it to everyone... and the price is good...

This HP printer is a dream! It was easy to set up and includes the capability to print from iPhones and iPads!

It is very convenient for us to have this product. It is fax, print and copy combined as one. The price is affordable. Nowadays Wifi is very common for every home.

I reviewed several printers and decided the HP Officejet 5740 would do everything I need for home use. The printer was easy to set up and the instructions were very good. The printer looks good too and I recommend it for anyone needing a printer for home use.

The only real complaint I have re this machine is it does not hold very much paper . The tray is small, and needs to be refilled pretty often. My job does not require faxes with a lot of pages but I can see where someone might be unhappy with the machine if this was the case.

I like that this printer actually has an on/off button. I use it in the WiFi mode and am able to print from more than one computer. I have also used the copy and scan functions and they work fine.

Easy interface screen. Love the deep paper tray that holds tons of paper. 90% of the paper tray is lodged inside the printer. It does not stick out and completely covers the paper. No dust on your paper. Document feeder on top works flawlessly as does the glass top for copies or scanning 1 or multiple sheets. I especially liked the easy scanning of several pages from the top feeder .... selecting PDF choice that combines them into 1 PDF document automatically. And I got it for half price only $79.00. Best printer I have ever owned since 1989.

Difficult to set up for WI FI use - had to get family member assistance. Like using for copies & printing. Need more info on photo copying & faxing. I'm a Senior use to a pamphlet to read. None came with printer.

I bought this using some Best Buy points and with the sale price paid around $60. It scans, copies and prints excellent quality pictures without any special cartridge. I opted for the replacement ink program, can't comment on that because I haven't used it yet. It was very easy to setup. I opted to hardware as well as wireless setup due to the thought that hard wire was better. Can't see any difference and now solely use the wireless. Accessing from other wireless computers and an IPad was transparent. Would recommend. Oh finally, relatively fast and quiet.

My employer just spent $300 on a similar item and it is not half as good as this one. For home use you can't beat this. Sometimes scanning may take a little while, but that is probably just my slow internet at the house. Great bang for your buck!

We use this printer for photos and copies primarily and it exceeds our expectations for the price. Thanks Best Buy.

This is our second purchase actually. We will use this one in another location. Quality printing, easy to navigate through the multiple functions.

This printer is good since it scans, copies, prints, and faxes. The only issue so far was the color ink it came with was totally empty so I wasn't happy about that. Was unable to report this issue to HP since their website doesn't allow one to report this type of issue.

My hp office jet 5740 is everything I could possibly wish for in a home office setting. It is by far more effective, efficient, and has everything with it to assist me in everything I do.
