replaced an Inkjet 4180C. So far this machine seems easier to use with more reliable operation. wireless connection seems slow to connect (10 seconds) but once it does the signal is steady.

Printing speed is much improved. Connecting to the computer was fairly simple. Seems to use ink a little faster than my previous HP printer.

I Bought envy, but got tired of its noise and jamming up paper. Then I decided to go for HP office jet 5740. After seeing the performance, I went and picked another one again. So far am happy with the little guy. Hop it continues that way.

Nice printer, does the job. Just wish ink was so $$$. It's a very good wireless printer and fast to respond. Love the scanning features.

When I first set everything up there was a problem with two sided printing. On the phone with customer service it took three calls to get the right drivers installed that would do everything. Printer now works great and I am satisfied.

touch screen is easy to navigate; wireless connection is simple to set up; I signed up for HP Instant ink and the first order arrived without issues--direct uplink to HP when ink is low is very convenient. Good value.

I wanted a printer where I could print from flash drive. An HP happened to be in the store and based on my needs he recommended this printer. Very happy with this printer but would have liked it to be a bit smaller.

I looked everywhere for a decent home printer before buying my HP. I have nothing bad to say about this printer. It serves my home office needs and I am more than pleased with the performance for the price I paid

My previous all in one printer was an HP and it lasted over 7 years. I expect this one to last as long. I wanted an HP printer that used the same cartridge #564 as the one I had.......but that didn't happen. :-(

Ok I am not very computer savie, and set up was easy! The software spoke to my computer easily, and I love that it is wi-fi ready so I can print from any and all of my devices.( smart phone, Tablet, and computer)

For what I paid (under $100 on sale), this no-frills printer/scanner/fax does the job. I was unsuccessful setting up the wireless connection, so I had to dig up a USB cord (the unit does not come with one). Once I got it set up, it works fine, albeit a little noisy and cumbersome. Again, it works about how I would expect for what I paid for it. Can't wait 'til I can afford a laser printer/scanner with all the bells and whistles!

was looking for a fax machine and answering machine combo but ended up buying both separately . The salesperson was very helpful and informative , he made sure that the phone we purchased would work well with the fax machine.

Great combo machine. Freed up counter space by combining copying , printing and scanning. Faster than my old photosmart printer. Would be a 5 star if it were a bit faster on the printing. Still, alot better than what I had.

Set up and connection to wifi was a breeze. Print quality is good. I have not did any pictures yet. Two sided print is awesome!
