I thought the quality & brightness of the ink would be sharper & clearer. It has a dull faded appearance. I am also not happy with the HP Ink account while trying to set it up it locked me out if the account & when I talked to tech support they told me they would have to have another department call me the next day.

I would go to Best buy any time I need some office supply's . Best buy has the best dels. And the people there no what they are talking about.

We purchased the printer to work with multiple WiFi devices and it works perfectly. I would recommend it. Also love the double sided feature.

The printer does the job and a good printer overall. I would just mention it prints a little slower than expected but not a big issue.

Printer was very easy to set up. And the wireless printing works great.

This is a nice little model. The main concern I have is the toner sure does seem to be refilled too often. But I use it to print, copy, and scan and it has slot to insert a flash drive so you don't necessarily need to be connected to the computer. As I am often moving from hotel to hotel, it is easy to pack up in the packing material and box, and easy to set up again.

Printer works perfect for the limited amount we print at home.

Lover how fast the pages print and how quite the printer is.

Whirlpool dryer is great in every way. Noisier than my old Whirlpool, but it is in the basement so it really doesn't matter. Great for the price.

Had good info from HP representative and Best Buy associate about which printer would be good for my needs and the printer ink program.

I thought the 5740 was going to be a good or better than the 6600 that the printer head went bad on? It is not nearly as good, and i am having trouble getting the scan to go out over my e-mail. I am very unhappy with the lack of being able to talk to someone live about this and the Ink ordering process---

I bought my daughter this one for school when she needed a deal on ink and her old HP didn't allow her to buy the ink via mail. She loves her printer and I bought one for my self, its the best printer we have had and we have gone through quite a few. Easy to set up and easy to use, I love the scan to email set up on the printer too.

Best HP printer I've ever had, and I've had lots of them dating back to 1988. (No kidding!)
