Can't say too many bad things except for getting my older laptop to print to it or my wand to print on regular paper

I'm still learning how to use all the options. I'm not tech savy. But like it and the options it has.

My daughter needed a printer for her dorm for her papers. She also wanted to be able to photocopy. This fit the bill. I have the bigger version in my home office so comfortable with the line. Can print wireless or via cable. Set it to draft mode to save on ink. Been working great!

It provides a good quality print of pictures and document. Not too much printing (few pages a week) being done at home, so I cannot speak to the quality if you do a lot of printing. Would purchase again. Love the wifi, have the app on my phone so I can print pictures from my iphone.

I talked with the sales associate at Best Buy and found this was a great printer at a great price.

This is a very good printer so far. We have been very happy with this purchase. We would buy an HP printer again.

Was pretty easy set up out of box a bit of difficulty hooking up to smartphone

Does everything I need it to and I can print from my phone. I would recommend this printer to everyone.

This printer has done everything I've wanted it to do- I really like it. I can't speak to reliability yet.

Not difficult to set up but I didn't trust my skill and had the Geek Squad perform installation. Well worth the $99.99 to have installation professionally done and to have the technician immediately on hand to demonstrate the All-in-one's features--and to answer my questions.

Over all the printer works fine but my wife likes to print photos and the quality of photos is not very good.

I love this printer since it prints both sides without me turning paper around and putting back in.

Great countertop printer. All in one is the only way to go these days. Can be stubborn with connectivity wirelessly. But usually I am able to figure out ways to make it work. It's usually dependent on range, and your device. But when it's connected and prints, it's fabulous.

My old photosmart printer that I had since 2008 kicked the bucket and I needed something to take its place. This has surpassed my expectations. Setup was so easy and have had zero issues since I bought it. I also love the cute little ding dong noise when a print job is finished.

Just got it not to long ago so not much to say yet. No problems yet and it does what it says it does.

This All-in-One performs reasonably well in printing, copying and fax operation. It seems very sensitive to paper thickness and sometimes pulls through more than one sheet at a time. Strangely, it sometimes halts in the middle of a print job. At this point, I have to shut down and restart the device.

This is a great printer. I love the feeder option to scan.

I love the option of e-mailing a scanned document directly to my e-mail account for distribution.
