This is a good little workhorse printer. It works great for in home use. We have had to reset it once because the computer did not correspond with it but other than that it is a good investment at a great price.

My new HP All-in-One printer is exactly what I need. One piece of equipment instead of instead of three pieces. Wireless function works quickly and I'm easily able to print from smart phone directly to the printer.

Reasonable all in one for that rare occasion that you need to send a fax. Like the separate photo paper tray.

It's a great printer for the money. Great quality photos as well. Very happy with this purchase

The printer is good so far but I haven't had it that long to really see if its a really good printer yet.

I had paper jams galore. Not happy. Called HP and they talked me into returning the printer to them instead of returning it to BestBuy even though it was less than 4 weeks old. Big mistake. It took about 2 hours on the phone over 3 days. They said they would call me back. When they called they put me on hold for 15 minutes before a representative got on the phone. Not happy. Told me they would send a new printer. Sent refurbished. Not happy. They did send a prepaid shipping label and called to make sure it was working. Not as unhappy but not really pleased. I have had several HP printers over the years and without the call to make sure it was working this experience is enough to make me think twice about HP. If this printer holds up maybe I will buy another HP and then recommend this printer to a friend.

Print well however not all features of printer perform accurately.

wanted a printer that was also copier & that could also print pictures & it does a great job

Needed an all in one printer. Works well, but wish it was smaller.

It was a little harder to sinc all my computers. I had to have my son do it. Otherwise it is a great printer

This printer is quiet, prints fast and I got great help from HP on solving connection problems.

prints real well is fast and efficent. the color is bright and clear.

Its more than a year since I am using this printer.I used to have a canon for quality but very cost for ink products.I enrolled in the instant ink and now I am saving tons.There is 3 of us in college and we use the 10 $ package which gives us enough for the semester.

Nice print quality; nice photo printing and copying features. Versatile. Love the on-line registration never run out of ink feature with flexible plans depending on how many pages you normally print in a month. Very reasonably priced and should prove economical over the life of the printer.

It was easy to setup and use, however have not figured out how to pair it with my iPhone to print pictures.

I'm so happy with this printer and I have been raving about it to my family members. It's wireless and I can print and control it using my phone! Just downloaded the app, which was free, and I was able to scan a document and send it out all from my phone. Love it! Get it!

We purchased a Hewlett-Packard model 5740 printer in early December 2014. After getting it set up it appeared to work fine - until we attempted to copy a document. We laid the document on the glass, the printer began to "buck, whir and snort" and after about 40 seconds a blank piece of paper was ejected from the printer. A message came up in the control window "printing cancelled" accompanied by a small circle that kept going round and round. We eventually learned that unless the printer was turned off or unplugged from the wall, this message would've remained forever. After we unplugged the machine and plugged it back in, the printer copied normally. We eventually learned that anytime the printer was in a sleep mode for an hour or two, it would have to be shut off and turned back on before it would copy. We returned the printer to Best Buy and unfortunately, decided to get another HP model 5740 to replace it. The replacement model performed exactly the same way as the original, so we returned it to Best Buy and got our money back.

I was in need of a new printer glad I picked this one. I especially like the air drop and the price we paid

We knew we wanted a new printer but had no idea what was out there. The salesman showed us different styles but after seeing all the amazing things this one could do we went with this one. I love taking pictures and being able to print straight from my phone is so handy.

What a great deal on the HP Office jet all in one printer!
