Prints well, wireless is problematic

The steps are straightforward, but it required call to Tech Support. What's it was set up on one device it, it reset itself or the second device. I now have to hook it up through a wire unless I'm using it from one of my idevices

Fairly Happy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i haven't had a chance to use all of the features of the all-in-one printer/copier/scanner/faxer, but the printing and copying features are working wirelessly w/o a problem 90-95% of the time. I don't know if the other 5-10% of the time is a problem w/ my internet service or not. i like the size and design. I do hate that the default setting is always "color" for printing. I anticipate that even though i only use "greyscale," the printer will say I have run out of color ink and will not print unless the expense ink tanks are replaced as has been my experience w/ previous HP printers. HP only wants our money, not customer satisfaction!
