    This printer is literally the worst HP printer I've ever owned. Sometimes it takes it minutes to start printing after you send the print job to it. I get a clear jam message constantly as well.

    This is my 3rd HP printer. I know the quality of things change but the trays seem cheap and are flimsy. I’m afraid I will break them when changing paper!

    Two weeks after I bought this printer, I had printing problems, no color, smeared print and dropped lines. I tried the basic head cleaning with no results. I contacted HP Support who showed me how to perform the advanced cleaning processes. After numerous attempts it did resolve the problem but now I wonder if this will be an ongoing issue.

    It’s OK but when I print from my iPad it sometimes makes 3 or 4 copies when I want one. What a waste of my ink and paper. I never had this happen with my old HP printer that was very similar to this one. 5/10 on set up. I easily went thru the steps, the printer produced a page that said congratulations, the process is complete. But printer would not print from my iPad. I got disconnected from customer service but went to set up wizard on screen the next day and put in my WiFi password to correct the problem.
