Set up my printer which I have done with other printers many many times with no prob. Each time I would try to print a test page the printer would have an error msg. saying bad printer head. I called online where I ordered it from and Dorothy a CSR online person who was exceptionally helpful checked & there were no more so I returned it back to one of the physical stores for a refund and to see if I could locate a one like it. Best Buy at Thunderbird and I-17 in Phx Az said I could only receive a store credit so I asked to speak to a store mgr but another sales person came to the phone with a rude attitude and said I would only get a store credit even though I had ordered my printer online and it had arrived to me with a bad printer head. I then asked when the actual store mgr of the T'Bird Best Buy would be in the store and was tole she would not be in until the next day. I then took my printer to the Paradise Valley Best Buy at Tatum and Cactus in Phx Az and saw Mark the store mgr and he immediately said YES to my return for a full refund no hassle and very pleasant unlike the other store at T'Bird. The staff at the Paradise Valley location were all pleasant and customer service driven which I loved thanks to Mark the store manager. The T"Bird store was hostile and rude, all of them. I asked repeatedly for a mgr to come to the phone at the T"Bird Best Buy location to no avail. I decided to go where I felt that my business mattered. Thank you Mark and Staff at Paradise Valley Best Buy location for helping me to continue to shop at Best Buy both onsite and online. You took a very negative experience and turned it totally around for me . I shopped for another printer but did not see one that was acceptable . But I am a satisfied customer.
