This printer is simply made for the college student. Its hard to put paper into the paper holder. What happened to the hp8615.

This HP printer takes a long time to start printing and it pauses too many times before the page is printed. It is very slow.

Had problems setting it up--and I normally have no problems at all setting up printers. Also had to "recycle" the printer numerous times while trying to get it to print. Finally after "recycling" it too too many times I decided it was not a reliable printer at all. Caused too much frustration any time something needed to be printed

We loved the features on this printer: auto feed, separate cartridges for ink, scan to email. Unfortunately, it just had too many problems. Occasionally, it would skip part of the last line on a page. The connection from the pc to the printer would stop working. Scan to pc didn't work, saving a file to a flash drive didn't work either. Exchanged it for a different brand and all the problems went away.

I like the printer however the wireless keeps dropping and I keep having to shut down my computer to get it to print.

Does not work well with laptop. Have to keep reloading software to print anything.

Awesome printer but hooking up to wireless was so hard. Should be easy in this day and age, it's almost 2017

Not what its advertised to be or at least not clear on its capabilities and is not Air-Print friendly.

This printer was able to connect to network rather seamlessly and worked well for the few times I was able to use it. However, I did not even get through using the trial ink cartridges before I got the "printhead - incompatible" error, which does seem to be a common issue for this product. If you consider buying this printer, know that there are certainly more reliable options at this price range, and do get protection coverage since there's absolutely no assistance available to you if you don't contact HP within the warranty period. I used this product less than ten times in the year that I owned it. I now have to buy an entirely new unit.

Overall, printing and scanning working fine. When faxing 20+ pages, seem to always have a problem.

I print in average 5-7 pages per month. It last 2 years. Printerhead problems

Many issues with printer. Wireless software doesn't work well with computer. Often have to unplug from power source to reset print features in printer. Software to utilize scan option didn't load correctly first three times. Would not recommend . For the price you can get a better product and not come away as frustrated.

printer okay but if you fax a lot its not the printer for you. fax speed is slow.

Have a HP Computer and HP Printer and they refuse to get along. Took to Geek Squad, Called for help still nothing working well. Very Frustrated!! AND I have to turn off the printer every other copy and the turn up process EATS through my ink....What a racket.

The print head went out on this printer just after a year of purchased.

The printer was sent back for repairs (had to be replaced), then within 9 additional months, it's on the fritz again. The print quality was good, when it worked, just technical issues hinders a good review from me. Bad choice for my 1st HP brand.

This is like a little sissy printer. No guts. Don't ever expect this thing to do a large print job - it will take forever if it does it at all. Would never buy it again, but since I bought it I will just wait until it dies which I'm sure will be shortly and then buy another printer with some strength. Horrible!

So far I like my pro 6830 E-all-in one I like being able to do multiple copies

I had an error that could only be resolved if they sent me a new printer. Soon after that, I received the same error, but it was out of warranty so no way to repair it. It would never stay connected, and I always had issues. Do not buy.

This is basically a disposable printer. It worked fine for a few months, but now I have to clean the printer heads 3 times just to get a print that I can see. The other functions seem to work fine, but it's a poor printer on a good day, and completely useless as a printer on a bad day.
