I bought this to replace a 6+ year old Sony laptop. This is so slow it hardly worth using. I am seriously thinking about seeing what I can get for it on E-bay.

Now I've got a printerhead problem. I signed up for HP ink service. and have only had to reorder ink twice 2015. so printer practically new.

Purchased this printer less than a year ago. The print heads have failed twice. HP sent me a refurbished unit that was noisy. It also failed.

The printer stopped working with error printerhead problem after an year. HP wouldn’t replace it as it’s out of warranty.

plugged in printer to computer and printing does not occur. needless to say not very happy still trying to figure out what is wrong

It had error codes from the start. Kept saying there's a paper jam when there wasn't. Faxing isn't user friendly. Don't buy this.

This printer has been nothing but trouble with paper jams since we purchased it. I will be trying to return it.

I got this for my girlfriend and I. she is a full time student and I do a lot of work from home. The ability to print from anywhere and have it waiting at home is amazing, not to mention it prints nice photos!

I've spent more on printers than anyone ever should. Just got this one and I've accomplished more in the past hour with this thing than I did 2 months with my old one. It connected to my wifi without downloading onto my computer first and within 10 mins of taking it out of the package, I was ready to start scanning and printing directly to/from my iPhone! Ahh I'm so excited.

Prints slow. Jams often. Somehow misprints and leaves print incomplete

I have had this all in one printer for two weeks. I really like the automatic ink replacement program. This is a fast printer and its two sided printing feature is easy to use. I chose this model because the specifications on the Best Buy website indicated it could print 11" x 17" documents. This is incorrect. Otherwise this is a great printer.

Junk! Returned it to get the Epson Workforce WF-3640

Just as good of photo quality as walgreens or walmart. Photos look just like my computer screen. Set up is amazing and very affordable. Very satisfied

I spent four hours trying to get it set up to print anything and still have no joy. I tried wireless, ethernet, and USB connections. The Windows 7 software says the computer is there and and print command says data is sent to the printer but nothing happens. The printer is on. It copies documents nicely and quickly but I need a printer that works. The menu prints out nice pages on the configuration of printer network and advice on how to get it connected but none of the advice works. It won't connect directly to either my computer or my network so I can print anything off my computer. I will spend another day trying to get it to work before returning it. It looks like it would be a great printer if it could do half the things listed on the box. Delivery from Best Buy was very quick and price was good.

This product works great. Print quality is excellent and it has great wireless range on my network. Only issue is the installation was not as easy as it should have been. Installation disc did not work so had to go online to get drivers. Still can't seem to figure out how to connect fax. Trouble is with connecting to Optimum voice services. The menus for installing the fax don't seem to recognize VOIP as a potential service so need to troubleshoot.

I bought this printer back in August. It was easy to set up and worked great, for a month. I got the "printhead error " message and contacted HP support. They sent me out a replacement since there was no way to fix the printhead. The replacement was not a new unit but a factory refurbished unit. It lasted from September until January, when I got the same printhead error message. I contacted HP support again, and was sent another refurbished unit which I refused. I am still waiting on HP's response. Summary: Good printer while it worked. Bad construction and/or parts. Unreliable I would not recommend due to same part failing twice in 5 months.

I didn't know this printer did so much until it was set up. It is so easy to use. I love all the functions. I really love this printer. I also like the wireless feature.

This little gem does all anyone could need! It was easy to install and I like the new ink program. Once you register your product, if you have paid for the membership, the ink is mailed to you in advance of your need. Amazing!

I had to return it under warranty after only 2 months use. the replacement was somebody else's old reconditioned printer. I don't know how old the one I have now is. I think this model is being phase out. cartridges are not as user-friendly as the ones on my previous HP printer (also toast for printhead problems, but lasted 3 years)

Set up and price weregreat. Have had HP printers in the past and was satisfied. Our last HP printer survived about 6 years with decent printing but printhead went bad. After about 6 months of shopping around, this 4 in 1 was a great deal and had new features my old one didn't have. Purchased and paid online and picked up in store. Set up was easy but after printing the test page I immediately received a print head error message. I was able to print about 5 pages in total and now nothing prints. Scanner works great. Copy won't work because if printhead problem. Haven't tried the event fax. This is going back to the store and i will be shopping around again.
