Very satisfied with this printer. The print quality is excellent, it's easy to use, and priced reasonably.

I'm overall pleased with this printer. It had all the features my family wanted and is easy to use. It does use ink faster than I would like, but the quality of print and copy is good.

Bought this printer because my last printer just stopped working. It prints great from my phone, iPad and computers. When I was first setting the computers up I was having a hard time, but my 15 year old son set up both computers in 15 mins. So it must be me. I truly love how the print comes out.

The printer was a great price and has done everything that my son in college needs for his projects. Best Buy has been great to work with and has done everything that I have expect. I have been in customer service and management for over 30 years and Best Buy usually exceeds my expectations.

Easy to set up this wireless printer. Enjoy having a black colored printer seems smaller on my desk.

It was very easy to set up and use. It is wireless so I don't have to have it right by my computer.

I bought one for myself last year and then bought one for my husband (he's a printer hogger) last month. I had to send mine back a few months after I bought mine because of a printhead malfunction, but HP sent a refurbished replacement immediately at no cost. The refurbished printer worked great, so I bought a new one for hubby last month hoping that the "bugs" were fixed. He's had no problem thus far. I, on the other hand, had to send back my refurbished one (same problem) last week but HP sent another one out immediately, again at no cost. Perhaps I'm a masochist, but I really like the printer. At least hubby and I get to share the same ink.

This printer replaced an older HP that had begun to get frequent paper jams. This one works exactly as I had expected for all 4 purposes: printing (fast and good quality), scanning, copying and faxing. I'd definitely recommend this to someone looking for a good home-office printer.

To date I have to say this is the best printer I have ever bought. It is not only easy to use, but the fact that I am able to print remotely from any device with the help of an app is truly amazing. This printer is an all in one so of course it has all the bells and whistles. We will buy this for our child for college, it's such a great product.

It prints at a good speed. like the fact that it is an all in one fax, print, scan, and copy. For home use it's a great product. Haven't used for pictures yet but so far the pictures on the paper can have a little better resolution

I think the ink gets used quickly, and the reaction time to print is often delayed, but the finished product is good quality. Honestly, for the money, it cant be beat.
