Love my dvd player always wanted a blue ray but could not afford it .. easy to set up and was watching movies in no time and I love the fact that I can watch netflix with it also just hook it to the internet in a few steps and you have netflix.. so happy

I wish it came with better setup directions than the simplistic poster. It took me 5 minutes to figure out how to put in the paper. As for the Wi-Fi connecions, it doesn't tell you that you need plug ins to work with your phone, and the software never installed on my old computer. Hopefully it will work with my new computer, cause I can't be limited to printing things only from my phone. It's a good copier though, and does a good job printing. Can't speak to the fax or scanner.

I like the printer for making color and double sided copies. It's pretty compact, so it's great for small working spaces such as mine. Speed isn't too fast, but not slow either. I do not like that it acts up when I try printing wirelessly. It keeps changing the options on me (does not allow to print a certain page range), and this certainly wastes time, paper, and ink. It also won't read my wireless connection at times and will take a while for me to finally be able to print my copies. You will be prompted to download a few "remotes" for your printer, DON'T. I think that might be one of the reasons it acts up, it probably reads the info from both remotes. I'd recommend buying it if you don't plan on doing a lot of wireless printing, which was what I bought it to do in the first place. Not too happy with the results...

We were pleased with how easy it was to set up the printer on multiple devices. While ink cartridges were included with the printer, we bought the ink service and received our first shipment in a timely manner. Printer exceeded our expectations.

When I purchased my new equipment, I was gently led to purchase a new printer, even though I already have a very good printer. The printing is slow but adequate in quality. The printer itself seems to be made of less quality construction than my older printer. I have not yet tried to print from my laptop computer that is also connected to this printer, I was told, but that effort will complete my basic trial of this new printer, other than checking to see if it copies and scans.

This is a true wi-fi printer. Nice to be able to print from your smart phones and tablets direct to the printer via wi-fi. Excellent quality as well.

We have run into some issues with connectivity. We use this printer in a small business. We wish it was a little quicker, but overall it is a great quality.

The first two printers were defective and I had to make extra trips back to the store to replace them. The printer was recommended by the HP rep in the store. I am on the third printer and this one works great so I am happy with it but was not happy to have to keep returning them . Best Buy was good because I was within my 15 days. By the third time I bought the extended warranty.

I thought I was going to stay away from HP printers from here on, but the store associate knew his "stuff" and I purchased this HP multi-functional printer. It has been great ever since. No problems at all. Much simpler to use than previous HP's.

This is a great wireless printer with the capacity to broaden the spectrum with scanning and fax access if needed for small management needs.

Needed a new wireless printer and this one fit the bill. Printed quickly from all 4 of our laptops, iPad and iPhone s. Easy set up. Great customer service. Had a bit of a problem with a browser and they quickly resolved the issue. Great buy.

I'm very happy with this printer. There was a lot of steps for set up but it was worth it. The printer ran a diagnostic because it couldn't connect to my wifi and it was spot on. I don't enjoy troubleshooting but the printer made it easy.

I love this printer. The eprint ink is really nice. I like the wireless capability. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it's kinda loud.

this is a nice all in one printer and is very simple to set up litlle slow but nothing to worrie about it

Installation was easy and it has performed well so far. Works well with Windows 8 (my old one didn't). Works well printing via Wifi. So far so good.

I bought the printer to print invitations for my daughter's shower. A picture was on the invitation and it printed them all very nicely. It is still new, so I can't comment on long-term reliability and performance, but, so far, so good.

Love it my printer does what I wanted to do. I can print photos with it, I can print double-sided. It holds a lot of paper, and it prints very fast I would definitely buy this printer again based on everything that I have seen so far.

While it may be slow to start, the printer is very good. Automatic feeder is not great but the print quality is excellent for a value printer.

I love the machine for it has everything I need (print, fax and scan) for less than $100.Also, I love that HP has created a membership for getting my ink thru mail and for less than $3 a month!!. No more worries and running to get ink!!
