It's a ok printer, just like other economy printers you get what you pay for. It prints better than my old hp4620. How to get a couple years out of it. I don't print much but when I need it seems to do ok. Reboots itself when I print from IPad.

This is a simple to use printer that can do what ever one needs to do.

It does all I need it to do. Makes good clean copies. And faxing is easy

Haven't used many features yet but does a fine job with basic text printing. Found I have to pull out the 'catcher' tray or my docs fall to the floor - previous model that didn't happen. Having black on black on/off button looks sleek but then requires a light to be turned on (or memorize location).

I am a small business owner and this printer/ fax is perfect for what I need. I am excited to try out wireless printing from mobile device. It does everything in need. And for the price I think it's a great deal. Thanks again best buy.

The OfficeJet Pro 6830 is a great printer. I have had it for a few months and have had no problems. It prints clearly and makes great copies.

Easy to set up wireless printing, great auto feeder, better performance than my Epson WF 3540.

I bought this model printer about a year ago and really liked it. It was easy to set up, and I can print from my computer, I-Phone or I-Pad. When my previous printer at a second home I own went bad, I went to best Buy and bought the same exact printer and have had all the same results. Ink is readily available and is easy to change when necessary.
