This printer does everything perfectly! Easy to operate, easy on the wallet and overall an excellent product!!!

When shopping for a printer it was my good fortune to have an HP rep at the store who guided me to this model HP printer being it is in the Pro Line and has all the features and build quality of the higher and more expensive models in the line. You can definitely see the difference between this model and the home office models. Have had it now for a few months and am very happy with it. Only wish is that it had a larger touch screen to access its functions.

I am happy to have bought this machine. It can print, scan and fax. And it does it smoothly and quite quickly.

I have not used the printer much. I am pleased with it so far. I don't like that the preview does not match what comes from the printer. Normal print setting wants to resize the print job. It work fine it I use the Photo setting. I may be over looking something and will check this out when I have time.

What a piece of junk - setup was fast and easy and everything worked great. Two days later - nothing would print - rather BLANK pages printed - cleaned printhead - 1st round got some ink on paper and second deep cleaning printed OK. Three days later - same problem - rather than waste more ink, did on-line chat with HP - they had me unplug and seemed to fix -printer worked again. BUT every time I print I have to turn off-on or run printhead cleaning AGAIN -now I have just run printhead cleaning and still not working...time to call HP and get rid of this boat anchor

printer has great features, double sided, fast start up time, and no color sliding. Have had a few issues sometimes it stalls for a few seconds and can't find the job and is bulky but other than that its great at conserving color and time.

Excellent product for the price. I have purchased several printers and this one meets my needs at home.

This printer is good for basic printing. It isn't too fast, but seemed fine for my need for printing. But then yesterday, it wouldn't print and it didn't provide an error code I could check so I don't k ow what is wrong. I haven't had time to figure it out but I imagine it is something easy to fix
