Like the fact that it's easy to install, works well and has all-in-one services.

I had to replace my old printer. I did some research and this was the best printer in my price range. My old printer was also an HP. So far it's working as expected. Current print quality isn't as good. My last printer had a photo ink cartridge, so it might be due to that. I don't mind though. I'll save a little money since I'll be buying one less ink cartridge, so its a fair trade off.

I love using this printer. Fast printing, nice pictures, and all in all amazing!

Printer works great, however I need help with setting up the scanner to a folder in the computer. Other than that, it works great and prints fast especially on "draft" setting. Haven't had any problems yet but I have only used it for a month. So far so good.

I bought this printer and I must say, I had low expectations. I was wrong. The whole officed used it for various projects and I only had to buy black cartridge once, by the the way, you won't go broke buying the ink. That's a big plus. Satisfied customer.

Purchased this printer about a month ago and works great! Double sided prints are a great feature and love the touch screen with visible ink levels. This replaced an old HP printer that we'd had for years so I expect this one to last just as long.

I find the HP 6830 e all in one printer to be a very easy printer to use.

Have received two error messages regarding ink cartridge head which went away once I turned unit off and then back on. I have had printer for no more than one and one half months. I hope there isn't more to come which causes a permanent usage shut down.
