Not too big, fit on my desk perfectly. WiFi, copy, scan ...... and FAX

Everything we needed in a new printer we received with this model.

Is it a great all-in-one printer! It has a good range for wireless.

Scan, print, & copy work very well. I did have trouble installing the ink for sample. I I haven't tried the fax. Hopefully when I refill the ink cartridge there will be no further issue. The salesperson I was asking questions was very helpful.

HP software installation can be an unpleasant process, and this time around proved to be another instance. I first uninstalled all old HP software, ran a cleanup program to remove some of the traces left behind, and then tried installing the new HP printer software from the included CD. It detected the wireless printer, but it hung and never completed. I then downloaded the software from the HP website and started the installation again. This time it seemed to complete, but the printer would not print until I restarted the printer and the computer. The printer itself does a fine job for everyday printing of documents and images. Be sure to look at the display after you open the paper tray--it always detects that you opened it and wants you to make decisions about paper size and type.

For the money, this is one of the best printers I've used. The quality is excellent and a real plus is the "Instant Ink" offer. The only thing that I do not like has nothing to do with the printer capability but the color of the casing. It's black and for someone with limited sight, it is so hard to see how to do things without a flashlight. But then I'm OLD!

I was looking around for a new printer. The sales person in the store explained all the features of this printer. He sold me on the instant ink that is offered by HP. For a low monthly fee HP will send new ink when your printer is low. You will never run out of ink with this printer!!

My previous printer was a HP photosmart printer that we used frequently for around 10 years. This printer has the added features of being able to scan and copy documents that we did not have previously. Although this printer had good rating my initial impression is that it will not last anywhere as long as the previous printer. It prints faster than the previous printer. The ink cartridges are smaller so I expect to pay more for ink.

No additional set ups just ready to print, and good ink programs

Pretty easy setup. I can print from my phone, laptop or tablet through the wireless. You'll need the plug in app for your phone/tablet. Printing quality is pretty good. Burns through ink though but these are starter cartridges.

I have this printer for my personal use but needed a second printer. I was quick to select this printer a second time. It produces both color and black and white copies, faxes and scans. It's a real bonus for any application.
