The Wi-Fi feature and being able to print from your phone is great! We have 4 phones, 3 laptops and a desktop connected to it. Have had no problems at all with it.

Set Up is Not Easy

The instructions make it sound like one has only to do a few things and the printer is ready to go. That could not be farther from the truth. I spent over a hour on the phone with a tech guy who helped me set up this printer. The instructions in the box were worthless. These companies have instructions written by technical staff who have zero writing skills. When are these companies going to make their instructions an essential part of their product and hire professional writers who know how to create clear and concise instructions. Currently, all these companies do is throw out garbage instructions at the last minute and don't give a hoot if the instructions are effective or not. Hp should be ashamed of themselves for putting out such nonsense.

I had previously purchased a different printer for myself at Best Buy, which I am very pleased with...but had I seen this one first, it would be occuping the space where my current printer is set up. It has more functions for the same sale price.

Operates nicely however it eats Ink to fast
