It was easy to set up and program. I also like the feature which allows you to program hours of operation. The fax was easy to set up and operate.

Nice overall compact printer/scanner. Quick & quiet. Lost WiFi connection a few times. Could be better at keeping paper straight when scanning through the feeder.

It's compact, looks nice, nice touch screen, and easy to use. But for some reason it's not faxing anymore. I'm sure it's something simple, but it's frustrating

Decent printer but runs out of ink way to fast. Also it takes long for it to go through its pre-start process. It makes to much noise and is annoying sometimes.

I was searching for a printer that would print faster than the average inkjet. It drives me crazy waiting for things to print on desktop printers. I took a very knowledge Best Buy employees advice and bought this printer as it met my speed and price requirements. I had some trouble getting the wireless printing to work for a while but turns out it was my internet not my printer. I print from my phone and laptop and it makes my life so much easier having this at home. I thought I would be sacrificing a printer that could print color well but I have printed photos on occasion and the quality is not bad but it is not intended to be a photo printer. I recommend this printer.

I love this printer! It's been a long time since I have purchased a printer. I was thrown off by the number of ink cartridges that is required to run the printer. Other than that, I have no complaints about it. It's great for my home office.

I love the fact that I can print directly from my mobile devices. The double sided print option saves paper when needed. Works great for basic printing. I haven't put it through the rigors of heavy color printing of brochures or photos yet.

It's too big. Doesn't have any SD card slot. Printing is little slow. Wirelessly print work without any problems.

Purchased this printer solely for the purpose of using it with the HP Instant Ink program. It works perfectly. Have not had a refill yet; however, the amount of pages we have printed so far without having to buy ink at $60+ a pop this looks to save us some money. Prints quickly and responsive on wi-fi.

I was able to set it up without help but not as directed by your sales person, I tried what he said and it did not work, so followed the directions included with the printer and it WORKED!

Printer setup is fast and easy. Good quality color and pictures hare crisp and clear.

This printer is very easy to use and quiet. The print quality is excellent. The scanner feature is simple and the scans are very clear. Wireless feature is great because our printer isn't next to the PC and the old printer would unplug if it got pulled out of the sliding drawer to reload paper or ink.

My old printer needed ink and that was my goal. I spoke with one of the nice customer service folks, who showed me a variety of new printers which total cost was just a bit over my replacement ink cost. We actually replaced two old printers with this new one. Saved time, money, and office space.

I have yet to make multiple copies but this machine is extremely slow on startup in addition to being very noisy. I have it set up on my wireless network. When I print something, I can hear a lot of noise as it starts up and it seems like it takes almost a minute for the machine to start printing. Never had this issue with my Photosmart 7510. Had that one for several years.

I HAVEN'T USED MY NEW PRINTER YET, BUT I CAN'T WAIT. I PURCHASED IT TO PRINT COUPONS FROM MY PHONE AND TABLET, AND PURCHASED MY NIECE ONE AS WELL.

Be careful when opening the ink as it is on the protective seal..if dropped it will stain what it lands on. This is my first eprinter and it may just be me but the receiving response seems slow

HP known for its printers has produced a solid printer here for office work in a home or small office. The quality is durable and trustworthy.
