This printer was purchased to replace an older model. Works great. However, it is more difficult to load paper into the tray than the older one.

This wireless printer is the example for all future printers. The wireless capability makes it very easy to printer from any wireless device without the connection of wires. It is very user friendly and its operation is nice and quiet.

I really like this printer for everything but the scan function which does not seem to work. Rating would have been a five, if the scanner worked.

Had to replace my old Hp 6500a Plus and this seemed good for the price. So far I have no complaints. A bit slow to start up but does the job

It sometimes takes a little while to start printing, but I think that's just because I have it hooked up wirelessly and my network is super slow. Otherwise, it's a great printer!

Great product. The size is ideal for my office. All the features are great too. Easy to use.

This printer replaced my hp 6600. They say it is a newer model, but some of the features on my old hp 6600 are not in this model. Do not get me wrong, the 6830 is oksy. I like the idea that you can take apsrt the insides to get out a jam. You can see what is causing the jsm and fix it. Just becareful that you do not remember how you took out a part.

Decent for the price. Says its compatible with samsung but it took a 3rd party app from play store to get it to work on samsung galaxy tab

I had a hard time setting up this printer on windows 10 mostly because it's share between 2 computers

This printer prints perfect and is very easy to set up. I love it and easy to change the cartridges.

Had difficult time getting the printer to connect to computer. Actually took a few days of playing with things. But otherwise works fine.

The color printing is great for the price. Also, we've used some of the other features and they all work. I don't have much to compare it to but more than happy with it.

Very easy to setup. Prints quickly from wifi connection. Scans fast. Smaller than other printers, but performs just as good.

Very smart printer. Love the ink offer that goes with it. Never have to worry when my ink is out. Printer will notify and ink will be sent to your location. That's awesome!

I had some problems setting up with different systems MacBook Pro, Windows 8, iPhones, Kindle Fire HD. However, HP support made it easy!

This printer is excellent...when it "communicates" with the computer. The Kasperski throws it off and makes the connection difficult.

So far it has performed well. Prints fast, double sided. It seems a little cheaply made but probably expected at the price. I use the scan to email function a lot which works well but can be a little slow at times to receive the email. I like the print from your phone option. I have printed documents from my iPhone and they come out well.
