I checked prices, sales, reviews by users and by professionals. I chose this machine and it does everything I need it to do. When there is a problem, its screen tells me what's wrong, or I can easily find information at HP online.

However this printer is great, it does what it's supposed to, all the functions are easy to follow, everything worked the first time. Very pleasant experience, exactly what I would hope for.

Well, after a week of owning the printer we started having issues with the printer head, so we ended up exchanging the printer and haven't had any problems since.

Fast printing

Won't work with our Windows 10 computers--we have tried every trick recommended, but works great with the Windows 7 computer. Photos print a bit dark too. Overall decent printer.
