It did not come with an ethernet cable that connects to my computer. I had to make a special trip to buy one at $20+. Then I had trouble scanning. Fortunate that I already had purchased Geek Squad support who helped me. It took two sessions to fix my problems and showed me how to scan into text. The written instruction manual that came with the printer is woefully inefficient. The printer I had previously had a Solution Center which I could not find with this printer. It took a Geek Squad tech to find it and load it onto my computer. So pretty poor on these issues but seems to be a good unit once you get on the other side of basic setup and only after alot of support.

The ink is inexpensive, and doesn't use much ink during printing. Picture quality is surprisingly good.

Only issue is the fax feature requires a 2 wire phone cord and only 3 and 4 wire cords are sold in stores. The adapter recommended I was unable to find in stores or online The one that comes with the all in one printer is not long enough.

Vast improvement over my previous HP 6500A Plus. Better design, footprint and improved performance.

Told salesperson what I wanted and found several possibilities - probably drove him nuts with questions and options. This printer had all the features I needed at a price that was below other models with similar functions in the showroom. Compared it with others online before buying.

Easy set-up. Works well for my home office needs. So far, print cartridge life has been satisfactory.

This printer has alot of features & I got the 4 months free ink promotion. You can't beat the price!

We won't use the Fax, but the printer, copier, and scanner will be used. Replacing an older model HP Printer that was simply worn out. Hope to get as much use out of this one as the previous model. Very easy to set-up and connected easily to the Wi-Fi and the laptop. Great buy.

It a great machine, if your looking for a 4 in one i would tell you to pick this one.

Great printer but lacks Eprint. Older printers had he eprint feature which made it much easier to use.

The printer is fairly new so I haven't had much exposure; such as how to set up scanning and to scan.

Great multi function printer. Best feature is two sided printing

Need More Programs like this. Everyone needs less items to keep up with and everyone loves savings.

A lot easier to set up than the last one. Able to use scan and fax immediately. No problems at all.

Good value for the price. Had a canon before and it would not print if one ink cartridge was empty.

it takes a little time and knowledge to set it up, but if you know what you doing you'll be fine

This works well for a small office setting. Using it with windows remote server and works well.
