Just know there in no slot for SD or micro-SD cards to sync up photos. This is one fine deal with individual inks. We're still using the starters. 1Ink has great deals on the XL full units.

Five months later it was replaced with another Pro 6835 because of problems with the printheads. Now is October , 2015 and I having the same problem. Call support and was told their is a hardware issue with these Officejet Pro 6830 series and they want to replace the second one with a third one "I don't think soo". I'am looking into getting an upgrade.

This ALL in One sure packs a lot of machines in one space! I haven't used the fax yet, but prints great, scans great, and copies....and probably more; just haven't discovered those features yet!

Jun 2, 2015 problem came up on screen (problem with print head) contacted HP support. They told me they would send replacement printer next business day .... No I am waiting for HP to review my case. I don't know when and if I am getting a replacement or not.... Have been a loyal HP printer person for over 15 years... This is the last HP product I will purchase. It's not Best Buy... it's HP that is the problem...
