I thought maybe the issue was the ink cartridges because I subscribe to hp instant services and the cartigdes are differnet sizes. I return the printer to bestbuy who exchanged it for a new one but once again, less than 3 months of having the new one....Im having the very same issue which is a pain because it not only is a hassle to take back but it totally screws up my instant ink services which too me several phone calls to fix. This printer cost too much stress on all levels....don't buy it.
