We bought this along with a MacBook Air. Prices have come down on printers along with the quality (cheap plastic construction). Printers are now a throwaway item - if broken throw away and buy another one. HP and the other ones realize they are in the ink business, and they don't provide you with anything any more - cables, ink cartridges (just enough to run a test print), etc. The major reason we returned it was we could not get it to work with the Mac. Calls to Mac and HP support (hard to reach and understand) resulted in no solution. Oh yes, Best Buys 15 day return policy - take everything out of the box and run it hard because you don't have much time to see if it works. We didn't and only got a store credit in week three. Googled printers that work with a Mac and now have an Epson but can't seem to get it to work with my PC!!

This printer is easy to operate and my 10 year old son actually utilizes it more then my husband

The printer works well and has individual ink tanks for the 3 colors. It was very easy to install.

Love it prints great, it is a bit slow while making the first copy but after 1 they just zip out

This printer was a little temperamental at first when used with Windows 10, but after I deleted it from the printers folder and let Windows use it's own native driver instead of the one that HP provides to re-install, it works like a charm. The jury is still out on "Instant Ink."

I recently purchased an HP Laptop from Best Buy which I am very pleased with so when it was time to purchase a printer, it made sense to go with an HP model. I am quite "computer illiterate" so I had a few problems setting the printer up and coordinating it to my laptop. I called HP's customer service and they got me up and printing in no time.

I love the Office Pros. They always work great for our application and are not too expensive.

I don't print often but this printer does the job when I do. I love the email feature and the I would definitely sign up for the HP ink per month deal. Also, love the double sided printer. My older cheap Dell printer did have any of these features so this was major upgrade for me.

This is a great printer as it makes copies, scans, prints and can even be used as a fax. However, it tends to disallow you to use some of the features every once in a while. For example, it won't wrote you make copies or scan a document and at a later time it will. Not sure why.

For the price this is perfect for the occasional printing we do. Easy to install and activate.

I am a huge HP fan already but this is printer has as much bang for the buck as you can find!

Not great but, it gets the job done. The FAX feature works funny.
