The printer was great for work, ie high volume printing. However it sucks for photos.

Great printer until the pinhead(?) Went out.Until then, very happy with it. This was/is my third HP printer.

Got it because I wanted a new printer . The sales associate said it was good with ink. Everything is great . Just wish it would start up a little faster

Has separate color cartridges so not wasting any one color like with multi-colored single cartridge! Saves money with less expensive replacements too!

This unit replaces an older hp printer that finally had its ink unit break. So far this unit has done well and the upgraded features are nice to have.

It took quite a while to get this new HP printer set up wireless but so far it has been working great. Like all others I have had the ink is going to be way too expensive but still running on the starter cartridges so that is promising.

I bought this printer for our first floor office for my wife's use. I also own the HP Officejet Pro 8630 which I use in my upstairs office.. This product is comparable with all of the functions but only one paper tray. Wonderful product.

This items tends to leak ink and printhead goes bad if you use a lot . worked fine when i hardly used it . I purchased ink plan but doesn't make since to purchase since printer breaks down if you use it a lot . Returning this today for the second time since Aug. 2015 same problem printhead going back leaking ink banding on print leaves lines on images .

Seems to be a decent printer. I especially like the ability to print from a variety of devices including the IPAD and you can do so remotely.

This printer has been a problem from the time I first installed it in my home. Constantly had to reset Wi-Fi settings. Too many others to list. Last issue was the printer head. Followed directions and cleaned it. Didn't take care of problem. HP said there was no fix and offered to sell me a printer for $35. It was an old model no longer sold in stores. I will not buy anything HP again. Their printers are horrible.

Prints great and fast. Color seems fine also. I gads setting it up but is all right at the present time. Very compact and a more that wonderful price. I would buy it again. I have always had HP printers and never had any problems.

I've only had it for about 3 months but like it so far. Once it gets going it prints much faster than my 11 yr old HP. But it takes a long time to " crank up" and kind of noisy. Love the feed feature on top for multiple pages.

I am pleased with my purchase. However, I dont understand why I get a message that the printer is offline when I try to print from my wireless computers. Guess I need to find my instructions manual and study or ask thebGeeks.

Excellent printer. Had no connection issues, seems to use less ink than older models. Very happy with this printer. Good price at Best Buy and they took back my older one so I didn't have the hassle of getting rid of it.

Printer very slow, scanning extremely slow with no options to do anything but basic scans. Once a multi page document is scanned you cannot do any editing other than deleting a page, so make sure the order of pages scanned are where you want them. Cannot scan multiple files such as pdf and jpeg and save into one file. For the price very disappointing.

This printer is a great printer for the price. There are some really great features and good dpi.

I am a die hard fan of HP products and this printer didn't disappointment. Setup was super easy for fax capabilities. Purchased this printer just for the home business but it will get used for other projects as well!!

I might have given it 5 stars if I had connected it wireless but wanted it to be wired. It wasn't as easy to do so as it should have been.

This has been a very good printer and copier. The only problem I have had is that it drops off line if not used a few days

Functional. Nice to go from previously wired to not. Will occasionally drop out from network, but that may be my gateways fault.
