I have been using this printer for a couple of months and I am thoroughly impressed with it. It is a 4 in 1 printer that has duplex capabilities and so far, all of it has worked flawlessly. Add to that the HP instant ink program and this machine is a winner. I don't do any photo printing, but for everyday office printing the print quality is fantastic. I really can't think of anything to not like about this printer.

Easy to set up and use. Makes it easy to scan to PDF. Nice addition to my home office.

Outstanding printer and scanner, I have had no problems. I don't have a phone line so I've never used the fax. The copier works fine but I never use it because I have a designated and bigger copier! HP has a great program where they automatically send you Ink whenever the printer needs it. The size is perfect for my small office.

I really like this printer. I had the older model of this and I am surprised at how much faster it is. It also prince beautifully in color and in black-and-white. The only issue I am finding is in draft mode when making a copy you get a thin gray line through the middle of the page. I don't think this is normal so I will be contacting Best Buy regarding this. I always buy their warranty package and it has always served me well.

This printer was an upgrade from a wired printer that didn’t have the capability to print from my cell phone. I love that I can send things to the printer directly from my cell phone! I also love that it is a copier which helps with kids in school and all of us in organizations where copies are needed.

I'm not tech savvy so I wanted something easy to set up but was reliable for heavy use (400-500 printings a week). This was easy taking only 10-15 minutes to set up with straight forward directions that made printing by Bluetooth easy. The only complaint I have is with the small icons on the viewing screen...wish they were bigger as it's hard to only touch one icon when I need to access more info. (1 star off for that).

Once again we have opted to go with an HP printer and have not been disappointed.

Seems to print nicely, no smudges andno jams so far. Its a printer, hard to get excited about it.

Bought it on sale. It does the printing well so far. Did one fax and that worked well. It is noisy and slow starting up after first turning it on. Thought the initial set up was confusing. I did not change to microsoft as the machine wanted me to do. But it does the job at a great price so no complaints out of me. If I had paid more, I may not be so happy. Hope all goes well from here on . Had this about 2 months now.

Works as advertised. Print on both sides off the paper. Easily prints from my iPhone and iPad.
