Seems to print nicely, no smudges andno jams so far. Its a printer, hard to get excited about it.

Bought it on sale. It does the printing well so far. Did one fax and that worked well. It is noisy and slow starting up after first turning it on. Thought the initial set up was confusing. I did not change to microsoft as the machine wanted me to do. But it does the job at a great price so no complaints out of me. If I had paid more, I may not be so happy. Hope all goes well from here on . Had this about 2 months now.

I purchased this printer on a whim because I was interested in the InstaInk option that some of the newer HP printers have. I like the automatic 2-sided printing and have used it more than I thought I would. It takes up no more room than my previous OfficeJet printer so I didn't have to rearrange my office. Print quality is great! I purchased on sale, but even regular price will fit just about anyone's budget.

Works as advertised. Print on both sides off the paper. Easily prints from my iPhone and iPad.

This upgrade has proven to be a beast of a machine in a medical office. I've purchased the 8600 (2 for the office years ago and 2 personally). Both personal use ones are still going. The others did great until the end. Their upgrade (or what I thought was an upgrade) was the 8610. Horrible machines!! Saw the 8710 and trialed the first one. OMG what a huge difference from the previous model. Good job HP ...

This product was easy to set up and configure. It is fast with great prints!

I love that I do not have to worry about running out of ink, when I get low HP automatically sends new cartridges out. No need to run out in bad weather to get ink.

Easy to set up. Rare paper jams. Had same model for 4 years that stopped printing one of the ink colors. Diagnosis was to clean printer head. Too involved for me because familiar with the operation of this model and was happy with its performance.

Reasonable price, fast and set up and great print quality. Highly recommend.

Our previous {HP} printer was getting old and giving us problems. Printing some days and not others.I have 2 college students that need a printer to hand in some of their assignments I changed the inks and cleaned the printer and still had problems. I stopped by Best Buy just to look. There was a great deal on the HP office print pro 6978 wireless printer. I couldn't be happier.
