I love it! The wireless feature is so time saving and the print quality is excellent.

The HP Officejet 6978 is very noisy. It is taller than I expected. Alignment did not work properly and it wants to keep trying. The control panel is confused and confusing. Scanning & copying is easy. I think it will do the job. HP wireless is terrible, but since I was set up from another HP printer, it is ok.

Nice printer.works great. However use the disk to set it up. Don't call the number as they will try to make you pay 150.00 to fix your computer that isn't broke.

Recently purchased this to replace my old HP 2514 I got at a Black Friday sale at least 5 years ago, maybe 10. Anywho, this printer is amazing compared to that. I do have a newer desktop and laptop so the setup was ridiculously easy. I work from home most days so basically wanted something I could scan and occasionally print. So far works great.

Good printer. Does a good job and easy to use. We purchased two of them.

The feature that grabbed my attention was the hands-free double-sided printing. I don't do a a lot of it, but it's nice to have when you want it. Comes in handy for the kid's school projects and also for the occasional form for the DMV. Colored flowcharts look very clear and colorful with no smearing. This was an upgrade to an aging OfficeJet 6600, and I'm glad I made the purchase.

I was in need of a new printer but I didn’t want to spend much on a new one since all I use a printer for is to print up any college papers. It gets the job done even though it’s a pretty big printer and takes a lot of space. The ink for it isn’t too expensive and it prints my papers pretty fast. The only thing I don’t like is how big it is and it takes forever to turn on.

Very good printer for rhe money. Its a lot quieter than my last one. I also love the insta ink program i purchased with it. I use it to print my coupons mostly.
