I brought in my old printer (earlier model) because of an issue with the print heads and exchanged it for this one. Very easy to set up wireless printing and connect to email via scan: easier than previous models. The only issue I have is that the tab and tray you extend out for collecting paper should be a little longer as the paper doesn't lie flat. Everything else works like a charm!

I've used a similar HP Printer, but higher level, for my home office. This printer was bought for the rest of the family to use. It prints quality color & B&W sheets and at a decent rate of speed. The scanner works very well. The family likes the ability to finally have a home printer that allows for 2 sided printing without having to turn the paper over themselves.

The HP quality has always been good for me. This universal printer gives me quality and quickness in printing, copying, as well as scanning documents to my Mac. I like its ability to print two sides and being on the program to have ink shipped to me automatically before the the need arises. it also saves energy by turning off when not in use. Very convenient.

I got this set up quickly. No problems connecting the wi-fi and getting it networked. My only complaint is that often when I get ready to print it goes through a couple of minutes of printer set up (cleaning the heads perhaps?) Kinda of annoying! I haven't used it yet to print photos. It does a good job printing envelopes (business size). Ink is pricey but that's the case for any of these printers!

It is a pretty good printer. It prints fast and has wireless and also a cord if you want to plug it into the computer, which I did because I had trouble with connecting it wirelessly to computer.

Protest, fax, and scanner which have terrific functionality and easy to use.

This is a perfect printer for at home use. I like the quality and the ease of use. I never have to go to the store to purchase ink since it’s delivered to me as needed. Also I enjoy being able to email documents to the printer when I am not home and the documents will be waiting for me.
