5 star easy to use and great printing.fast , can print from my phone and laptop

Have only used it twice so far but prints look good and it's easy to setup.

This is a perfect printer for at home use. I like the quality and the ease of use. I never have to go to the store to purchase ink since it’s delivered to me as needed. Also I enjoy being able to email documents to the printer when I am not home and the documents will be waiting for me.

I had high expectations that this would be a great wireless printer for the home office & school assignments and for the 10 pages it printed, it worked well. It will no longer power on. When it did power on previously, it was noisy and slow when it was warming up.

HP delivers again. Whatever task you have this printer can handle. Printing multiple pages in very little time (no problem). Scan documents and email (from the printer) no problem. Faxing (as archaic as that sounds) no problem. This printer is very quiet and extremely functional. The only desire would be the print quality for photos. Great buy for the price point.

This printer has been light years ahead of the other MFC's purchased int the past five years. The ink refill program is worth doing if you print a lot.

This printer is fast and the printing quality is great! Using the HP Connected and HP Ink is even better. The printer monitors your ink usage and automatically orders more ink from HP that comes directly to your door. All info about the printer can be viewed on your HP Connected account including how many pages printed and estimated pages left with the current ink cartridges. It is awesome!

We wanted something wireless for all devices we have. It works great! We had one device we couldn't get to connect and called HP for assistance. They dialed into our device a fixed it online. Great service from HP. We also signed up for ink cartridge replacement and it is amazingly easy to get replacement and return by mail. The value is way better than buying cartridges from the store.

Prints fast as advertised. Very easy to use and setup. Love the wireless printing.

The HP 6978 was recommended by in-store salesman and seems to be doing what it is supposed to. Prints nicely in black and white or in color. Copier and Scanner functions perform well too. I don't use the Fax feature. I did encounter some difficulty in getting the device properly registered, but support by telephone got me squared away. Not sure yet if I like the E-Ink supply, we'll see.

This printer was easy to set up and to use a printer copier and fax machine.
