We spent a little bit of time reviewing printers and ink trying to decide on which would be best depending on functionality and costs over time. This printer was definitely a good option for us. We don’t print a ton, maybe 20-30 pages a month so it was a good choice. Also purchased the SmartInk through HP

Good for school/home office

Haven't had it long enough or printed enough to make comments on ink longevity. Last HP lasted 5 years before the LCD screen went out. Not easy to find replacement parts for it. Wish they made ink cartridges that worked across several years of models.

I'm amazed at the features & you can print from any device. The other cool feature HP offers is the ink club. For a very small monthly fee you get ink sent to you. You don't pay for the ink just the membership. If you do a lot of printing it's well worth the investment.
