For an all in one printer,which is a replacement from my 12 year old HP all in one, this was an affordable and easy to set up purchase. I have been very pleased with the HP printers for many years.. The only negative is the cost of ink.

Installation was a bit difficult: required downloading drivers from HP, and the installation wizard tried to trick me into subscribing to "Instant Ink". But: I love the printer. It is a dream to use. Prints beautifully, and its internet functionality is really useful. It's even possible to print from remote locations by emailing documents directly to the printer.

Easy to set up. Quick, quality printing. Cartridges are readily available.

Best printer I have had so far. It is easy on the expensive ink. It prints very well in color and black and white. For minor, and not so minor, repairs they have a program you download when you setup the printer and it fixes almost any problem you are having. I real nice feature. I would buy this item again.

I've never been an HP product person but husband wanted a printer he could print from anything so he bought this. I'm amazed at the features & you can print from any device. The other cool feature HP offers is the ink club. For a very small monthly fee you get ink sent to you. You don't pay for the ink just the membership. If you do a lot of printing it's well worth the investment.

I have only been using it for about a month. It prints fast and the print quality is good. It has the features that I want in a printer, such as 2-sided printing and copying. The colors on a document appears to be a bit off, like the red looks more like maroon. I only wish I could keep track of how many pages I've printed on the printer instead of having to go on to the website.

This is my first HP printer. I found the setup easy and quick to complete. The unit performs as advertised, quick, clean printing and graphics. My old printer, a Canon, had a LCD screen but was not a touch. I find the touch screen makes it easy to change settings on a temporary basis rather than having to go into the software program itself! Great product, easy to use, works well.

This was the first wireless device (other than my phone) that I have purchased. I was worried not having a cord from my computer to the printer. I was also worried whether I could get the printer to work without having to call for tech support. The printer was easy to set up and I was able to get it going w in 60 minutes of bringing it home. My Christmas letter went out on time!

Gets the job done. Nothing fancy but Wi-Fi works so far so good. As with all in jet printers Ink is expensive

This printer replaced one of our prior HP printers that was about 14 years old. It was used heavily by our 4 children who used it throughout high school and some of college. The quality of HP is unmatched (IMHO). Of course, this new printer exceeds my expectations. The print speed is fast, wireless connections reliable, and it meets our needs.
